I have gone to the employee file, have clicked on pay slips and there is no section that allows me to download multiple pay slips onto the one document. Where do I find this?

If you're looking to print payslips for all employees, the feature you're looking for is unavailable in the offerings. You can print payslips for multiple pay periods for a single employee under Employee detail and click Payslips. Make sure to Select a date range below to download all available pay slips and then, choose a date range. You'll see an option to click on Donwload to open and print the payslips for the selected employee.

You can also view and run the Pay Slip report under Payroll Settings and choose a specific date range. Here's how:

Click on the Employees tab.
Click on Payroll Settings.
Click on Pay Slip Report.
Select a Filter, like pay schedule, pay run.
Click on Update.

I'd like to know how to do this too. The two suggestions above don't apply. I open Payroll > Employees > I select the employee name > Payslips , and then I'm presented with a list of their payslips but no option to download all. How can I download all an employees payslips without having to do it one by one?
