I've got ways to locate your missing bank feed entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO), info2244.

Before we start, it's important to verify  the filters applied to your bank information. Missing data can occur due to certain filters applied to an account or an incorrect date range.

Here's how to adjust the filters in your bank register:

  1. Go to Settings, then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate your bank, then click View Register in the Action column.
  3. Check the filter icon to refine the search results. Ensure the date range is set to view the specific date.
  4. Confirm the exact date range and clear all applied filters by clicking the X beside them.

From there, you'll be able to see all the bank transactions that are entered in QBO, but are hidden due to the filtering feature.

However, if you still can't find your bank entries, please check the For Review and Excluded tab in your banking page. Use the date filter to specify the exact timeframe and locate these entries.

In the meantime, you may also consider to manually upload your missing transactions using a CSV file.

Once finished, you'll want to categorised and match these bank data for you to prepare and to prevent possible duplicate entries in case you're set to reconcile.

Feel free to revisit this thread if you need further assistance.
