Question

Does anyone else find that yesterday and today that the dashboard won't load. Everything else seems to work. Thoughts? Thanks, Paul.

Hi Paul,

 

Yes, we have a few reports about the Dashboard. Our engineers are already aware of this and are currently investigating to find the root cause of the behavior. In connection with this, I would recommend contacting our Support shortly so they can link your account to the investigation. They have the tools to do this on their end.

 

    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
    2. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
    3. In the Search bar, type Contact Us.
    4. Click the Contact Us option.
    5. Choose Callback.

In the meantime, you can go to the Sales or Suppliers pages to see the charts of your sales and expenses. You can also run a Profit and Loss or a Balance Sheet report.
