Discovering an unexpected charge after closing an account can be confusing, but I am here to help you investigate it.

To start, you can check your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on the Manage your Intuit Account page by logging in via a web browser to confirm that it has been canceled:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Select Manage your Intuit Account.
  3. Choose Products & billing.

There, you will see your active product subscriptions and payment history in one place.

Next, I suggest looking up the specific charge details, then look up your charge here in this article: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement. If you have any other active QuickBooks subscription, sometimes a charge can be linked to a different active service.

Let me connect you directly with our Intuit Expert team, who can check the status of your QBO subscription and help you manage it accordingly. They have the necessary tools to verify your subscription status and process any applicable refunds on your behalf.

Feel free to drop a comment below if you have any other QBO account management questions. We are always happy to help.
