Is this the error message you receive when you select the green Finalise button?

If you are able to, could you please upload a screenshot of what this error looks like to this thread? Please be sure to not include any sensitive employee or company information as this channel is public.

There are some examples of common STP Lodgment errors that can be found here but I cannot find the one you are specifically referring to.
