How can I change my phone number for multifactor authentication

Updating your phone number is done directly within your Intuit Account settings. If you're already signed in to QuickBooks, use these steps:

1. Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner.
2. Choose Manage your Intuit Account.
3. Go to the Sign in & security menu.
4. Select the setting or field and make your changes.

Alternatively, you can also sign in to the Intuit Account Manager directly and change it from there. On top of that, if you no longer have access to your old phone, you'll need to submit an official account recovery request.
