How can I get into my quickbooks self employed? Money has been taken from account 3 days ago and it’s saying billing error when I try log in. No one can seem to help me

Tried calling multiple times apparently no one can help with self employed. Tired doing online assistance comes up error message Tried messaging said they would get back to me in 5 mins waited 2+ hours on the same screen and never heard anything
