How do i stop my profit and loss report double recording wages and subcontracted services

It's possible that the affecting account we used in recording subcontracted services is the same with the account we use in entering payroll. It can also be that the affecting bank account is connected into QuickBooks and instead of matching them to the transaction within QuickBooks. Thus, causing duplicates in your reports and register. 

We can either undo the added transactions and match or exclude them after undoing. We can use this reference on how to manage downloaded bank transactions. 

I'd also suggest reaching out to your accountant on what's the best option for us when entering transactions with their corresponding account so we won't mess up our books.
