Thanks for posting in the Community! When you remove your client from your wholesale billing, they'll be paying their subscription moving forward. Please note the subscription won't be the same rate you paid since you got a ProAdvisor discount.
Here's how to remove a client from your wholesale billing plan:
If you haven't already, make your client the primary admin of their company file.
In the QuickBooks Online Accountant, go to Gear icon ⚙ and then select Billing and subscription.
Select Accountant-billed subscriptions.
Select the client you want to remove.
From the Select action ▼ dropdown, select Transfer billing to client.
After you remove the client file, they have a read-only access to they QuickBooks file until they update their billing info. You can provide these steps to update their billing info.
Go to Gear icon ⚙ and then select Billing and subscription.
Next to your payment method, select Edit ✎.
Select your preferred payment method and enter the necessary details.
