Thanks for posting in the Community! You can run an Employee Details Report to see and compare the pay rates of your employee. This report also allows you to modify what information you would like to display.
Here's how:
Go to Employees tab.
Select Reports and search for Employee Details Report.
On Display columns, select Rate of Pay. You can also add more options you would like to show on the report.
Select Run report.
Select + Expand all to view the details on the report.
