How to automatically email a custom report through PDF and not excel file?

I'm here to share some information when emailing a custom report, vallejofjp.

In QuickBooks, we can only schedule to email a report using HTML or Excel file. That said, I'd suggest searching for a third-party app that can email a report through PDF. 

You can look for one by going to this page: apps.intuit.com.
