How about Paypal?

To pay for your client’s subscription, you can use PayPal as an option to complete the QuickBooks Online Australia subscription payment.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Subscriptions and billing.
2. Under the Payment method section, click Edit.
3. Select Add New, then pick PayPal and follow the prompts to connect your account.
4. Save once done.

Please note that QuickBooks Online Australia requires a payment method with an Australian billing address, which is why your Indian card is being declined. PayPal is the practical option for bookkeepers managing Australian clients from outside Australia.
