Let's look at some browser troubleshooting to see if this will bring up the Reports page for you. Firstly, try using Google Chrome when accessing QuickBooks Online for the best experience. Then try clearing your browser's cache:
Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete and a pop-up will appear on your screen
Select the option 'clear cached images' and make sure the other two options are unticked
Select the time range All Time, then Clear Browsing Data
Once this is complete, the pop-up will disappear. Close and re-open the browser and log in once more
