If you’re referring to selecting an industry type, you might want to redo it again through a private browser. There are times that the overloaded files saved in your browser can cause unusual behaviors in the program. Here’s how to start browsing privately:

• For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works fine on a private window, you can clear your browser’s cache or use a different one.
