To cancel a QuickBooks Online subscription, follow these steps:
Firstly, log into QuickBooks Online under the username of the account you wish to cancel. If you access them under the same username, ensure you are in the correct file by selecting the Settings icon (top right) and Switch Company to choose the account you wish to cancel.
Select the Settings icon, then Account and Settings.
Click on the Billing & Subscriptions tab, and follow the prompts to cancel the subscription.
