I have an old quickbooks program on my desktop at work which since subscribing to QB online I have been locked out of. Can you help as I need access to my old reports?

If you are locked out of an old QuickBooks Online file, you should be able to do a password reset using the old email address you used as your User ID:

1. Go to quickbooks.com.au and select Log In.
2.  Select 'I forgot my User ID or password' and follow the prompts to reset your access. 

If you are locked out of a QuickBooks Desktop or Reckon product, you will need to reach out to their support for further assistance.
