Question

I have been locked out of Keypay after clicking the no button when asked for data sharing between Qbo & Keypay.How am I supposed to check data on behalf of my client??

I appreciate you coming to the Community for help, @egbertbos.

 

We have upgraded the integration that allows interaction between Keypay and QuickBooks Online. If you've received a pop-up message request to change admin, you'll have to log out and log back in. Then click on the Switch admin if required.
