Can I ask which bank account have you connected in QuickBooks Online? As per checking, there is a reported product investigation right now for CBA accounts connected in QBO. It's under investigation number INV-109034: When connecting CBA account to QuickBooks, user received notification on their bank app that the bank was accessed in USA with Linux x8664 as device.
If you're bank is under CBA, we can your QuickBooks company ID to the investigation. That way, you can get email notifications for updates and as soon as what our team have found out.
I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can add your account and ask for your QBO details in a secure form.
