I undated my subscription yesterday but there is only $1 deducted from my bank account. and i cannot access my quickbooks account?

If there's a payment failure on the account before, once you updated your subscription, our billing system would take $1 from your account based on your updated detail, and only to take the remaining after the $1 is settled by the bank. This is to avoid charging an incorrect account. If your account was locked out before due to this payment failure, it'd be automatically unlocked after this $1 charge has gone through. Depending on the bank, it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for this $1 to settle. 

During this period of time, you should have read-only access to your account.
