If you are looking for a report that shows the balances over multiple accounts you can use the Balance Sheet report which you can find by the steps below:
Select Reports tab on the left-hand side
Search Balance Sheet Report
You have the option to export this via CSV or PDF.
If you are looking for a report that show the balance for one account you can see by the steps below:
Select the Accounting tab, then select Chart of Accounts
Locate the account you would like, then on the drop down arrow to the right, select Run Report
This will also provide a transaction reporting including balance.
