Is anyone else having an issue with linking their PayPal account to QuickBooks, which stopped working on August 7th? Keeps saying code is wrong?

I'll put you in touch with our customer support team to address your concern about linking your PayPal account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @user96941.

 

I've checked my resources and confirmed an ongoing investigation regarding this issue. Rest assured, our engineers are working diligently to provide a resolution at the earliest time possible.

 

In the meantime, I recommend manually uploading your bank transactions into QBO via a CSV file.

 

While the investigation is ongoing, I suggest reaching out to our customer support team. This way, they can include you in the list of affected users and receive email updates about the investigation status. To do that:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. On the Search tab, click an article and select Contact us at the bottom. Then, enter the details of your concern.
  3. Choose how you would like to connect with them: either via Callback or Chat.

In addition, we advise performing monthly reconciliations in QBO to ensure your bank accounts correspond to your bank statements.
