I'm glad you reached out to us, claytondiscountl.

There is a possibility that your credit card information is inactive reason why your account is suspended. Let's reactivate your account through your Account and Settings.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings, and go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, click the option to reactivate your account.
  4. Update your credit card information and continue with the reactivation process.

If you're unable to do so, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Care Support to verify the status of you account and help you with the reactivation process.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. From the Search tab, enter Contact Us.
  3. Select the Contact Us button.
  4. Choose Callback.
