Paid bills are listed on unpaid bills report and how to clear those?

There are several possible reasons why your paid bills may appear in the Unpaid Bills report in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Anoma.

To begin with, please note that when paid bills appear on the Unpaid Bills report in QBO, it typically means that the payment has not been properly applied to the corresponding bill. To resolve this, we can manually review the unpaid bills on the report to verify whether these bills should actually be marked as paid.

Once confirmed, payments can be applied correctly by selecting the specific unpaid bills and clicking Make payment to clear those balances. Please refer to the screenshot below for reference:

Another possible reason for unpaid bills appearing in the report is that the bills may be associated with vendors using different currencies.
