Trying to upgrade subscription

I currently have QuickBooks Online "simple start" and I am trying to upgrade to"essentials".

 

When I click the "upgrade" button it says to call a 1800# to discuss these features?Then I can not do anything else.

 

How do I upgrade?

We'd want to make sure you're able to manage your subscription successfully. If you haven't already, please use a different browser and log back in to QBO. You can use Mozilla, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari if you're using a Mac computer.

 

Then, go back to the Billing and Subscription section and click the Upgrade link one more time. 

 

If you're getting the same prompt, please contact our phone support. They can verify your account details and process the upgrade for you. Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of QBO.
  2. From the Search tab, enter Contact Us.
  3. Select the Contact Us button.
  4. Choose Callback.
