We wish to be added as accountant for a client however the previous accountant was sent an Invite but did accept - I can't remove him as it is "greyed" out

Just want to clarify, are you trying to remove an accountant from the client's list, so the client can invite you into their file as an accountant?

Only the client will be able to remove accountants from their company. Accountants cannot remove other accountants, so this may be why you're experiencing this issue.

Here's how your client can remove accountants from their company, to free up the accountant user space: 

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Manage users.
2. Select Accounting firms, and find the accountant you want to remove.
3. From the Action column, select Delete.
4. Select Delete to confirm.
