What is the deal with Paypal Australia and the Connection error, I have been trying for over 24 hours on and off and its still not resolved??

Hello @tekadept,

 

Currently, we have received several reports from other users, like you, who are unable to establish a connection with PayPal.

 

Rest assured that this has been escalated to our engineers and they're in all hands working to fix this as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, you can consider clicking this direct link that'll let you manually set up your PayPal account for online payments. From there, follow the on-screen instructions so you can set up your account successfully.

 

In addition, I'd still recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so you'll be added to the list of affected users. To do so:
    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
    2. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
    3. In the Search bar, type Contact Us.
    4. Click the Contact Us option.
    5. Choose Callback.
