What to do when there's internal server error? I am opening the employee drop down but I encountered this error.

We have ongoing investigation about the error message 500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed when accessing the Employees tab. Our engineers are still working on the permanent fix.

Cases like this, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll add you to the list of affected users.

1. Click Help on the top menu.
2. Choose Contact us.
3. Enter Internal server error in the What can we help you with? field.
4. Click Let's talk.
