When exporting a report 'Sales by Product/Service, the data appears in excel as comma delimited. How to reformat this so that report data can be changed to number format

You'll have to locate where the report is and save it again as an Excel Workbook. It will create another file. Please note that this is only a temporary solution.

For the permanent fix, you can check the browser settings with an IT expert.
