When I select the GST tab I keep getting the message "An unexpected error occurred. Please try after some time." How do I fix this?

I just tried to access the GST centre in my test file and it is working fine. May I get you to sign out and sign back into your QuickBooks Online file and see if you are able to access the GST tab, please?
