You've come to the right place for help with QuickBooks, graham2.

The 502 Bad Gateway error is an HTTP status code. This occurs when one server on the internet received an invalid response from another server.

Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to resolve this. To begin, try using a private browser to identify if the issue is browser-specific.

You can have these keyboard shortcuts as your reference:

  • Google Chrome: press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to login successfully, I suggest clearing your browser's cache. This helps delete unnecessary contents stored and allows your browser to function more efficiently. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browser.

I'll be around if you have any questions about QuickBooks. Have a good one.
