Why am i still seeing an amount in the unapplied cash payment income (profit and loss report) when the transactions are matched to invoices?

Hi Suenath, 

 

This can happen if the date of the payment is prior to that of the invoice. If this is the case, changing the dates should correct the issue.

  1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
  2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
