Let me guide you on how to check your payment history. Here's how:
Select the Gearicon at the top.
Click Account and Settings.
Hit the Billing and Subscription tab.
Choose the View Payment History hyperlink.
Also, I suggest communicating our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment then examine the underlying issue you've experienced with your subscription.
Here's how:
Go to the Help menu, then select Contact Us.
Type your concern in the description field, then click Let's Talk.
Choose how you wanted to be assisted.
