Why has "Compare another period" been removed from reports for Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss?

Thank you for posting in the Community! Compare another period option in Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet report is only available in QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus. If you're in Simple Start, you can run a Profit and Loss Comparison and Balance Sheet Comparison report. You can access these reports by going to Business overview and select Reports. 

Furthermore, you can check on this article the report included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.
