Why is there no balance in chart of accounts when there are entries that have been done? I checked, there are entries, still no balance showing, help, thank you, stressd

If there are transactions that are not updating the balances in your Chart of Accounts, I would recommend reaching out to our support representatives by phoning 1800 046 038 so that we can investigate this further. Alternatively, if you would like a call-back from a representative or talk to us via Messaging, follow the steps below:

 

    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
    2. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
    3. In the Search bar, type Contact Us.
    4. Click the Contact Us option.
    5. Choose Callback.
