So that we can better support you on this, may I ask which part of your QuickBooks Online file you are trying to load into, please?
We are experiencing some issues with the Reports tab at the moment.Our engineer team is aware of this and are currently working on a fix.In the mean time, as a work-around you can try going into the search bar at the top right corner of Quickbooks and search for the type of report you're looking for.For example, if you wanted a Profit and Loss report, click into the search bar and type in Profit and Loss, select the correct report and it should come up for you without any issues.
