I want to downgrade our quickbooks online plan from plus to essential but the downgrade button is missing. I am using the primary account

To start, were you originally trying to downgrade your plan from the Subscription and billing page?  If that’s the case and the option isn't visible, we can explore your Intuit Account settings to manage this process.

1. Click your profile icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO)account, then Manage your Intuit Account.
2. Select Products & billing, then See All.
3. Locate and pick your QBO Plus company
4. Hit Downgrade your plan hyperlink.
5. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the it.

1. Click on the Help icon, then hover over the Search tab.
2. Enter a keyword or brief description of your concern in the search box.
3. Pick Contact Us.
4. Choose Chat for assistance.
