Welcome to the Community, tanyu-epsilondig.

I can provide some information and ensure that you can update your email address for your QuickBooks Online account.

Sometimes your browser accumulates outdated and corrupted cache files from websites you visit over time. This can occasionally lead to problems when loading or navigating those pages. This could also explain why you keep getting back to the login page when trying to update your email.

That said, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to check and fix any browser-related issues. Let's start by accessing your QuickBooks Online account through a private/incognito window.

Depending on your browser, use the following keyboard shortcut to open one:

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If you can log in and change your email without issues, you can return to your default browser and clear its cache. This will clear any outdated or corrupted internet files, preventing problems when you log in to your Intuit account. Another alternative is using other supported browsers for the best experience while working in QuickBooks Online.

Also, if you change your login email, be sure to update your email address in the Company settings in QuickBooks Online. This ensures that your customers see the correct contact information for your business on sales forms.

Feel free to drop your follow-up questions and other concerns in the comment section below. I'll be here to help. Have a good one.
