It looks like you’re having trouble upgrading your expired QuickBooks Online (QBO) trial to a full subscription. Let us help you get back to managing your books, Regina.

Your account is likely in a read-only state, and you should receive a prompt to reactivate upon logging in. The payment method can be updated during the resubscription process. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Settings and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Click Resubscribe.
  4. Choose the appropriate payment method.
  5. Enter the updated payment and billing information.
  6. Press Resubscribe.

You can check out this article for more details: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

If the Resubscribe button is greyed out or you see a Validation Error, it’s usually because of a problem with your payment information or address. Ensure the billing address matches what your bank or card issuer has on file, since small differences can cause errors. If you can, try using another credit card or payment method to see if the payment goes through.

If you’ve tried these steps and still can’t resubscribe, please contact our Live Phone Support to help reactivate your subscription.

Feel free to go back to this post if you have more questions about resubscribing to your QBO account or any QuickBooks-related concerns.
