Why is my Import Sales Receipts option is not visible/available in my Import Data tool

Currently, QBO doesn't support the importation of sales receipts through the Import Data feature. This is why you're unable to find this option available. However, you can still use the Import Data tool to bring other types of transactions into the system, including:

• Bank Transactions
• Customers
• Suppliers
• Chart of Accounts
• Products and Services
• Invoices
• Bills
• Journal Entries

As an alternative, you can choose to manually enter this information into QBO or explore third-party applications that can assist in streamlining the import process. To locate such applications, follow these steps:

1. Open your QBO account.
2. Go to Apps, then Find apps.
3. You can utilize the search field provided or use the Browse categories dropdown to find one.
