Add goods delivery confirmation as a step similar to payment confirmation. User has to confirm that the service/goods are delivered other wise he get notified.

At this time, the option to add goods delivery confirmation is unavailable. As a workaround, you may wish to consider checking third party applications.  You can go to the Apps menu within your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account or visit the QuickBooks App Center through this link https://apps.intuit.com/.
