Recently, we've received several reports about missing tabs in QuickBooks Online (QBO) company settings after changing the language. If you had a similar experience, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer service team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and receive email updates on the investigation's progress.
However, if you've encountered the issue without changing the language, I'll lead you through easy troubleshooting procedures to fix the problem.
Sometimes, the browser will exhibit strange behaviour if loaded with frequently visited pages. You can resolve this by opening your QBO in a private window. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts:
For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N
Once done, go to your Account and settings. If the complete options appear, you can return to your default browser and clean its cache or switch to another compatible browser.
You can always visit us if you have additional questions about your company settings. The Community is here to lend you a helping hand. Take care, and have a good one!
