Yes, you can send emails to any email provider. Please ensure the correct email address is associated with each customer account, or wait until the email server is fixed before sending emails to avoid bounced messages.
 
We offer three solutions when customers are not receiving your emails:

 

  • Reset your email address
  • Clear and re-enter your email address
  • Configure your server to allow QuickBooks Online mail server hostnames and IP addresses

After completing these steps, ask your customers to check their Spam or Junk folders, as their email provider may have incorrectly flagged the messages.
