Can I erase all data from this year January up to date

I can help you delete all details saved to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. 
 

Yes, you can erase all the QBO data and start over. Here are the two methods to deal with this problem.

Method 1: Cancel the account, then start a new subscription.

Here's how to cancel: 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. Click the Billing and subscription tab.
3. In the QuickBooks section, choose Cancel.
4. Follow the online instructions. 

To create a new company:

1. Go to the Plan and Pricing page, then click Select on the version you want to subscribe to. 
2. Choose Continue without payroll if you don't need to add any service.
3. Click Checkout, then create a new Intuit account. You can use the same user ID and a password you previously had so you can quickly switch your companies. 
4. Follow the on-screen steps.

Method 2: Utilize a 3rd party deleter tool.

Here's how: 

1. Go to QuickBooks third-party application page. 
2. Type Delete in the search box. 
3. Pick a tool in the list and follow the online instructions. 

For your canceled subscription, we retain your data for one year, and you've read-only access. We then delete the data. Ensure to have a copy of your data for your future reference.

If you are using QBO Simple Start, you should open a new blank QBO account instead and cancel the old one.
