I need to cancel my link bank account master card, because i haven't started my business yet. And today the subscription I made for the promo is already credited into my account, it shows that i had to pay $20 but, they credited my account into $41.20. So i have to unlink my bank account details and master card to QuickBooks.

You can't directly unlink just the card or bank account, but you can cancel your subscription instead. This stops QuickBooks from charging you in the future.

Since your business hasn't started yet, you can always subscribe again later and link the right payment account once you're ready to go.

To cancel subscriptions, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings.
  2. Select the Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Click Cancel.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your cancellation.

Since you expected to be charged $20 but were billed $41.20, check out Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement to see what makes up your total charge.

If the amount still doesn't match after your review, reach out to an Intuit Expert via phone or chat. Our team can help review your account to clarify the discrepancy.
