Since you've already paid for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, I suggest contacting our support team. This way, you can prevent double charges from happening. One of them can help check and reactivate your account.

For the new Help menu interface:

1. Click the (?) Help icon at the top.
2. Type Talk to a human and then type it again when prompted.
3. Choose I still need a human, and then proceed with Contact us.
4. When asked by the bot, enter your question or concern, like "Reactivate my paid QBO subscription."
5. Click Let’s talk.
   
6. Select either the Get a callback or Start a chat option.
7. Please follow the on-screen prompts to continue.

Another way to connect with our live support is through the web. Let me guide you how:

1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact.
2. Select Search for something else.
3. Type your issue, and then click Search.
   
4. Choose Start a Message, and then follow the on-screen steps to proceed.
