There are possible reasons why you are not being able to resubscribe.
1. Access rights.
2. Invalid account information.
3. Expired Card on file.
4. Billing address does not match.
5. Browser Issues.
You have to log in as the Company Admin. to make updates, if not, contact your administrator, to update your access rights.
We can check on our Payment Information page if the cards on file are updated. The billing address in your card statement also matches with QuickBooks.
