How can I get in touch with sales? I was offered a discount upon the end of my trial subscription but it doesn't seem to have applied.

3. Click the Speak to an expert option in the upper right-hand corner.

If the sales agent that you spoke with gave you a reference number, you'll want to contact our Chat support instead of our Sales team. Then, just give them the reference number. They can also check the notes of your previous calls or chats. Just let them know that you had an agreement with the sales agent about getting a discount.
