If you've subscribed to QuickBooks directly through Intuit, you'll need to use the Intuit Account Manager to cancel your subscription, kdriver29.
To do this, navigate to this link and log in as the primary admin. Then, refer to these steps:
Select Products & Billing and choose your company name. This will take you to your subscription page.
Find the product you want to cancel.
Then, click Cancel.
However, if your subscription was purchased through the Apple app or Google Play store, you'll need to manage the cancellation directly through the app store platform.
We're sorry to see you go, AASLLC1. We understand that you wish to cancel your account to avoid future charges.
To assist you, since the link to the Intuit Account Manager page appears to be broken, we recommend accessing the page in incognito mode or using another supported browser. Additionally, please sign in as the Primary Admin, as only they have the authority to process the cancellation.
From the left-hand menu, select Products & Billing, then choose your company name. This will take you to your subscription page.
Locate the product you wish to cancel, then click Cancel.
Follow the on-screen instructions. Once the cancellation is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation.
Once your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is canceled, you'll have read-only access to your data for one year. For more details, refer to this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel? Please note that this article is specific to QuickBooks Online US but is also applicable to QBO International.
