How do I reactivate an inactive client subscription? I can't find the client even if I search for it under Subscriptions

You can't find your client because you might have forgotten to include inactive clients in your list. To see them, go to the Customise tab to enable this status.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From the Clients section, click the Customise tab on the right side. 
  2. Select Rows and check the Include inactive clients checkbox. 
  3. Return to the client list. The word Inactive will now appear beside the name of the client you want to make active. 
  4. Once you find them, click Make active under the Actions column to reactivate their account.
