Hi @info2317, let's get this sorted out.

Deductions may still occur if you have multiple accounts. To confirm, check for additional accounts using the article on how to access and manage your personal data from your Intuit Account. Sign in and navigate to the Product and Billing section. There, you can review your active subscriptions and click on the product you wish to cancel, following the outlined steps. This process will help you efficiently manage all your subscriptions and complete any cancellations.

Please note that the cancellation process is based on where you originally signed up for your subscription. If you subscribed through a mobile app store, you will need to cancel the subscription directly within that app store's settings. You can follow the official steps to cancel a subscription with Apple, depending on your location.

Please note that if you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, you won't be able to cancel the subscription directly in QuickBooks.

Before canceling, we recommend exporting all your documents to ensure you have access to them later. Once done, follow these steps to cancel your QuickBooks Online account:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account as an admin user.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing and subscription.
  4. Go to the QuickBooks section and click Cancel.
  5. You will see a multiple-choice survey on reasons for canceling your subscription. Once you have filled it out, select Continue to cancel.
  6. You will see a page that details product benefits, and on the last day, you can use your subscription. Select Continue to cancel.
  7. Click Got it.

After canceling your QuickBooks Online subscription, you can still access your data in read-only mode for up to one year.

Also, to review charges on your account, refer to the article Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement. It explains how to identify charges, match them to services or subscriptions, and ensure clarity on deductions.

If you are still being charged after your account is suspended and you cannot find multiple accounts, I recommend contacting our Chat Support Team, which can securely review your account to investigate and resolve the issue. Contact them for assistance.

We truly hope you will consider using QuickBooks again in the future. If you have any further questions about your subscription, feel free to post here.
